CBD Avocado Caprese Salad

Thin slices of avocado, mushrooms, in a sort of salad sandwich…with cheese and CBD! This recipe has a little extra kick to it, in the form of CBD. Try it out and get the benefits of CBD oil and healthy fats from avocados.

Serving: 4

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 Large fresh mozzarella balls (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Handful of chopped basil
  • Handful of chopped Shadow Benny leaves
  • 1Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1Tsp Extra virgin oil
  • 1 Tsp CBD oil

  • Cut the avocado into half, length wise. Cut of the tip, so that you have a disc like shape. Slice into 1/2″ discs.
  • Slice the tomatoes in 1/2″ discs, similar to the avocado. Do the same with the mozzarella balls
  • Mix the CBD oil with the balsamic vinegar and virgin oil
  • Start with the tomato slices and alternate with layers of avocado and mozzarella. Sprinkle a little of the chopped basil, shadow benny, with salt and pepper over the sliced mozzarella. Repeat 1-2 more times depending on how many layers you want.

And there you have it folks, a little twist on the caprese salad. Taste so good, and the CBD is easily mixed in with all the fats and goes down great.

I recently started taking CBD for stress and headaches and it never crossed my mind that I would be able to cook such delicious food with it.

I bookmarked your website and when I have time I’ll definitely browse the entire thing and start making your delicious recipes.

The first thing I am going to make tomorrow morning is the CBD Infused Golden Milk… Yummy!

    Thanks a lot!

I love every ingredient in this amazing stack of deliciousness!  What a cute idea for appetizers, actually.  They’re decorative and healthy and adding CBD oil, wow, that’s genius.  Now, I do take a dropperful of CBD oil in the morning and one at night before bed.  I’m telling you, the stuff has been absolutely amazing for me.  It’s given me a pain-free life and I’m sleeping so much better than I ever have.  The stuff is absolutely miraculous.  I had not thought about adding it to recipes, but I really love this idea.  Thanks so much!
