- 1 avocado
- 1 large tomato
- 2 Large fresh mozzarella balls (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Handful of chopped basil
- Handful of chopped Shadow Benny leaves
- 1Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1Tsp Extra virgin oil
- 1 Tsp CBD oil
Instructions
- Cut the avocado into half, length wise. Cut of the tip, so that you have a disc like shape. Slice into 1/2″ discs.
- Slice the tomatoes in 1/2″ discs, similar to the avocado. Do the same with the mozzarella balls
- Mix the CBD oil with the balsamic vinegar and virgin oil
- Start with the tomato slices and alternate with layers of avocado and mozzarella. Sprinkle a little of the chopped basil, shadow benny, with salt and pepper over the sliced mozzarella. Repeat 1-2 more times depending on how many layers you want.
And there you have it folks, a little twist on the caprese salad. Taste so good, and the CBD is easily mixed in with all the fats and goes down great.

I love every ingredient in this amazing stack of deliciousness! What a cute idea for appetizers, actually. They’re decorative and healthy and adding CBD oil, wow, that’s genius. Now, I do take a dropperful of CBD oil in the morning and one at night before bed. I’m telling you, the stuff has been absolutely amazing for me. It’s given me a pain-free life and I’m sleeping so much better than I ever have. The stuff is absolutely miraculous. I had not thought about adding it to recipes, but I really love this idea. Thanks so much!
