I thought I’d add a few recipes I use, when I want something filling, healthy, and tasty. This chocolate chia pudding does help satisfy some of those hunger pangs. This is just 1 serving size, you can adjust for however many you want. For information on the health benefits of chia seeds click here.
Chocolate Chia Pudding (80 calories)
- Protein-2 g
- Total Carbs- 7 g
- Dietary Fiber-6 g
- Fats-4.5 g
- 2 droppers (2.5 mg CBD)
- Chia Seeds (1 tbsp)
- Hersheys 100% Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
- Coffee Grains (0.5 tbsp)
- Water (100 ml)
- Stevia (3 packets)
Measure out and place in a pudding cup. Add hot water to fill up and stir at the same time. Hot water will help dissolve all the dry ingredients and help with mixing. The mixture will be watery at first, this is expected.
Put in refrigerator and let it set for 1 hour. The chia will expand and absorb most of the water which results in a pudding like consistency. I personally like strong cocoa and coffee flavors, you can adjust the ingredients to suit your taste buds.
