Homemade CBD Sugar Facial Scrub
This DIY CBD facial scrub will exfoliate, remove dead skin cells, and rejuvenate your skin and more. This can work as a facial scrub and/or mask in one. You get the benefits of both, without having to pay a ton of money for some brand name, that does the same or less.

Ingredients
- 1/2 dropper full 250 mg CBD oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions

Mix CBD oil, honey and sugar in a small bowl.
Application
You can pre-prep by using a warm towel/warm water on your face and neck to open your pores. Apply the facial scrub using small circular motions. Massage it into your face and neck for 1 min. You can leave it on for 5-10 mins after massaging, like a face mask. This way you get the benefit of the scrub and the face mask in one.
You can’t get much more simple than this. Adjust the amount of honey or sugar for the consistency that works best for you. Customize any way you want.
This is a great scrub that I use myself, only the ingredients are a little different. I use coconut oil instead of CBD oil. The ratio of ingredients is the same. I am satisfied with the effect of my peeling. It would not be bad to try this combination that you mentioned. This is where I first learned about CBD oil.

I’m actually looking for a good facial scrub which also exfoliates and of course is natural too! This sounds like a perfect match however I’m wondering where I’ll be able to get CBD oil from. I might have a look at the drugstore hopefully they might offer some.

I am amazed at how CBD oil can act as multi-use ingredient, can be taken orally and can be applied topically. Before, I have this hesitation of using it for my own health benefits but since I have tried other topical solutions to get rid of black heads or black spots but still the blemishes didn’t go away, then I must give this a try. Maybe this can make wonders, so let’s see.
